Privacy Policy

How Wildbug Technology Limited handles your information when you use GameGlee and the Wildbug Technology Limited website.

Who we are and what this covers

Wildbug Technology Limited operates GameGlee and the Wildbug Technology Limited website. This policy covers the GameGlee Android app, its account and cloud gaming services, and our website and support communications. “We” means Wildbug Technology Limited. Our privacy contact is support@wild-bug.com.

Other products may have their own notices. Game publishers and services you sign into inside a remote game may process information under their own policies. Read those notices before providing information to those services.

Accounts and sign-in

We use an app-generated installation identifier, guest credential, GameGlee user ID, public player number, nickname, avatar selection, linked sign-in identity and session credentials to maintain accounts, restore sign-in, prevent misuse and associate activity with your account. We also keep account creation, sign-in and session status records.

If you choose Google sign-in or linking, Google provides an identity token and account identifier. The token can contain profile claims such as email, name or picture. Our current identity service verifies the token and stores a digest of the provider identifier for matching accounts, rather than a Google profile directory. We do not receive your Google password or request Gmail or Google contacts access. GameGlee uses its own account service; this is separate from Firebase analytics.

Browsing, cloud sessions and community

When you use these features, we process searches sent to the service, game selections, favorites, play history and duration, queue and session identifiers, start/stop and reconnection activity, membership and available play time, daily rewards, cloud save metadata and save operations. To run a remote game, the cloud service receives controller, touch, mouse and keyboard input and sends game video and audio to your device. Connection and quality information supports streaming and troubleshooting.

Reviews, replies, recommendations, reactions, reports, follows and inbox read status support community features. Your nickname, avatar and contributions may be visible to other users where the feature displays them. Avoid posting private information in public contributions. Text entered into a remote game or its sign-in screen is delivered to that remote environment; it is not a local-only text field.

Purchases and membership

Where purchases or restores are available, Google Play handles payment. GameGlee and its fulfillment providers process product and order identifiers, purchase tokens, purchase or subscription status, membership periods and delivery or restoration results to verify purchases, grant benefits and prevent duplicate fulfillment. An order reference can be sent to Google Play as an obfuscated profile reference. We do not collect full payment-card numbers or card security codes.

Availability depends on the release and store configuration. Existing purchase restoration and membership lookup may remain available when new sales are disabled. A privacy or account deletion request does not itself cancel a Google Play subscription; manage recurring subscriptions in Google Play.

Google Analytics for Firebase

In releases with analytics enabled, we initialize Google Analytics for Firebase only after you accept the current in-app privacy notice. Google then processes an app-instance identifier, device and operating-system information, app version, language, installation-source information where available, usage and session events, and approximate location derived from network information. This helps us understand usage and improve GameGlee. An app-instance identifier is pseudonymous; it does not make all analytics data anonymous.

Our added events record screen names, game detail views and game launch requests, with catalog game identifiers and distribution channel. A launch request is not proof that gameplay started. These custom events do not include your GameGlee user ID, email, nickname, search text, login tokens, order credentials or streaming addresses. We do not set an Analytics User-ID. The SDK can also record automatic app lifecycle, engagement and purchase or subscription events, including product information and price where supported.

The Android integration disables advertising ID collection, ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization. We do not use this integration for personalized advertising. These controls do not disable the app-instance identifier or service requests needed for analytics. Google and Firebase privacy information is linked below.

Who receives information

To provide GameGlee accounts, cloud gaming, queues, streaming and cloud saves, we use cloud computing, network and data storage service providers. We send them the account identifiers, service credentials, session information, control inputs, network information and benefit records needed for these functions. Requests may be sent directly from the app to these providers. Google sign-in tokens are verified by the GameGlee identity service and are not forwarded to cloud gaming service providers.

Google provides sign-in, Play billing and updates, and Firebase analytics as described above. Hosting, database, network/CDN and email providers process requests and stored information needed to operate our services and support. Game content and remotely accessed services may have additional providers. We do not sell personal information. Disclosures may also be necessary to meet binding legal requirements or protect users, service security and legal rights.

Device storage and permissions

The app stores sign-in state, installation identity, privacy acceptance version and time, language/theme and notification preferences, cached images/catalog information and other local feature state. Clearing the app’s cache is not account deletion. Android backup or device transfer may include eligible preferences and local data according to system settings; our backup rules exclude the installation identity and session credential stores and downloaded update packages.

Network access and network status support online services. Audio settings support game playback; they are not microphone recording permission. Notification permission supports session or service notices and can be changed in Android settings. Direct-download releases may request permission to install an app update you choose; Google Play releases use Play updates. The current app does not request camera, microphone recording, contacts, SMS or precise-location permissions.

Bundled libraries also declare billing, wake-lock, install-referrer and system credential/biometric permissions to support their platform functions. GameGlee does not receive fingerprint images or biometric templates from Android.

Website, support and diagnostics

Website and API servers receive network request information such as IP address, request time, path, client type and response status to deliver content and maintain reliability and security. When you contact support, we receive your contact details, message and attachments you choose to send. Do not send passwords, identity tokens or full card details.

Technical records can include error type, connection stage, retry and response status, and streaming quality information. This is separate from Firebase usage analytics. The current GameGlee Android integration does not include Firebase Crashlytics or an advertising SDK. The current Wildbug Technology Limited website does not embed a Google Analytics web tag.

Purposes and legal grounds

We process information to deliver requested features, administer accounts and benefits, secure and maintain the service, answer requests, resolve disputes and understand product usage. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, service delivery relies on performance of our agreement with you; security and maintenance rely on legitimate interests subject to your rights; legal records rely on legal obligations; and analytics or other consent-based processing relies on your consent. The available grounds and your rights depend on your location.

Retention, transfers and security

Account, benefit, save and activity records are retained while needed to provide the service and handle account requests. Transaction and security records may need to be retained longer for fraud prevention, accounting, disputes or legal obligations. Support records are kept as needed to resolve and follow up on requests. Retention depends on the data and purpose rather than one fixed period for all information. Analytics event retention depends on the Google Analytics property settings and Google’s processing rules, separately from account retention.

Our providers may process information outside your country, including on Google’s global infrastructure. We do not promise storage in a single country. We use access controls and other safeguards appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure.

Your choices and privacy requests

You can decline the initial privacy notice and exit. In the current app, accepting that notice also enables analytics in releases where it is available; there is not yet a separate in-app analytics switch. Signing out or clearing the image cache does not switch analytics off. To withdraw consent or request access, correction, restriction, objection or a copy of your data, contact support@wild-bug.com. Stop using or uninstall the app to stop further app activity being sent while a request is handled; uninstalling does not erase records already held on servers.

You can change notification permissions in Android settings and edit supported profile or community content in the app. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights and the right to complain to your local data protection authority. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. Some features cannot operate without their necessary data.

Request account or data deletion

Email support@wild-bug.com with the subject “GameGlee account deletion” or “GameGlee data request”. Include your public GameGlee player number if available, the request scope and a contact address. You can submit a request without reinstalling the app. Do not send passwords or authentication tokens. We may ask for proportionate verification of account ownership before acting.

In the app, open Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. GameGlee clears its account records and associated profile, library, reviews, history and entitlements, then signs you out. We send our cloud gaming service provider a separate cancellation notification; its response does not delay completion of the GameGlee deletion. This completion does not confirm erasure of data held by our cloud gaming service provider. The encrypted information needed to deliver that notification is retained for at most 24 hours. A deletion receipt and a hashed identifier used to prevent restoration from backups are retained for 90 days. Website and other data requests are handled through support after appropriate ownership verification. Google Analytics data is not tagged with your GameGlee account ID; account deletion resets local analytics data but does not itself erase historical data held by Google. Contact us for help identifying an analytics installation and requesting provider-held data deletion.

Deleting a GameGlee account can remove access to its profile, social activity, history, saves and service benefits. Uninstalling, signing out and clearing cache are not account deletion. Google Play subscription cancellation and any refund request are separate actions handled through the applicable store process.

Children and policy changes

GameGlee is not directed to children below the minimum age for using the service under applicable law. Game-specific age ratings also apply. If you believe a child has provided personal information without required permission, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

We update this policy when the product or our processing changes. The date above identifies this revision. Material changes will be brought to your attention through the app or another suitable notice; renewed consent will be requested where required. The current in-app notice describes the choices available in that release.
