You may use our services only in accordance with applicable law, age requirements and the instructions provided in each product. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
Respectful and lawful conduct
Do not misuse our services, interfere with their operation, attempt unauthorized access, cheat, harass others, distribute malware, infringe intellectual-property rights or use the services for unlawful activity. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, our services or third parties.
Content and intellectual property
Wildbug Technology Limited and its licensors retain rights in the software, artwork, brands and other materials we provide. Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable license to use the service. You retain rights in content you submit and give us the permissions reasonably needed to host, process and display it for the service.
Purchases
Prices, included features and billing periods are shown before purchase. Marketplace purchases are processed under the applicable store's payment and refund rules. Except where law requires otherwise, digital items have no cash value and are not transferable.
Availability and changes
We work to keep our products reliable, but services may occasionally be unavailable or change. We may update, suspend or discontinue features while considering users' reasonable expectations and applicable legal requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and without implied warranties. Wildbug Technology Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
